Our Contract BIM Management service supports project owners, consultants, and contractors in defining the modelling scope, information requirements, and minimum Level of Development (LOD) standards applicable to each project stage. We work with project teams at the earliest stages of procurement to establish a BIM Execution Plan that is practical, proportionate, and aligned with the project's intended uses. Throughout design and construction, we provide independent model auditing and quality assurance to verify that deliverables meet the agreed standard — identifying issues early, before they affect downstream workflows or contractual obligations. Our service is available to support individual projects of any scale, from early-stage BIM scoping through to final model handover.
